Booking & Reservations

  • The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to be able to check into the hotel.

  • It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport. Without an Original copy of a valid ID, the guest will not be allowed to check in.

  • Should any action by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the hotel, or if any inappropriate behavior is brought to the attention of the hotel, the hotel reserves the right, after the allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest.

  • Certain destinations may have different policies for specific times during the year.

  • Guests shall be liable for any damage, except normal wear and tear to Hotel assets. Guest shall keep the Hotel room in a good condition and maintain hygiene and cleanliness.

  • Certain policies are booking-specific and are informed to the customer while making the booking.

  • Guests may be contacted closer to their check-in date to confirm the arrival status or arrival time through calls or messages. In case, we do not receive a response from the guest after multiple attempts, the booking may be put on hold or canceled. In case of availability, HALF Hotel will try to reinstate your booking when you contact us back or make a payment through our multitude of payment options.

  • Pets are not allowed.

  • As we continue to strive to improve our services, we may reach out to guests to get feedback on their experience through calls or messages.

Booking Deposits/ Payments

  • 50% booking deposit at the time of booking to reserve the property/rooms and 50% will be due 15 days before the check in date. 

  • 100% booking amount will be charged during blackout periods (peak seasons and festive period bookings) such as but not limited to Diwali, Holi, EID, Christmas and New Year’s (btw 15-Dec to 10-Jan) or during events such as Sunburn, IFFI, Bikers Mania, etc.

Cancellation Policies

  • We would love to have you but in case your plans change, our simple cancellation process makes sure you receive a quick confirmation and fast refunds. All dates counted as of 12 noon.

  • In case of cancellation 30 days before check in then there is a zero cancellation charge and any deposit or booking advances are 100% refunded.

  • In case of cancellation less than 30 days and more than 15 days before check in, then there is a 50% cancellation charge that applies.

  • In case of cancellation 14 days or less before the check in date then 100% cancellation charge will apply.

  • In case you decide to shorten your booking post the check-in date, you will be charged for the entire stay for which the reservation was originally made for.

Refund Policy

  • In case of a reservation cancelled, subject to the terms of cancellation policies, the refund will be processed within 15 working days from the date of receipt of bank account details from the customer (not valid for black-out periods).

  • Credit card transaction or processing fee if any will be deducted from the refund.

  • Refund will be processed in local currency only.

  • No refund will be processed for late cancellations or for the no-shows on the date of arrival in any case whatsoever.

Extra Adult/ Child Policy and Additional Beds

From October to May 
•    Children upto the age of 6 years will be complimentary.
•    Children between 7 to 11 years will be charged @ Rs.1250/- per child per night on CP basis inclusive of extra bed, linen, towels, pool towels, toiletries, etc.
•    Children of 12 years and above will be considered as an adult and will be charged @ Rs.1500/- on CP basis inclusive of extra bed, linen, towels, pool towels, toiletries, etc.
•    Baby High Chair is also available for toddlers for feeding.

From June to September

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

When you make a Booking/Inquiry on our website, you will be asked to confirm if you "Accept our Terms and Conditions of the Villa" via email and then you will be give our bank details inorder to complete your Booking. We strongly recommend that you read the terms before accepting.

We do not accept any liability for any failure by us to ply with these Conditions where such failure is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If The Half Hotel Goa waives any rights available to it under these Conditions on one occasion, this does not mean that those rights will automatically be waived on any other occasion. If any of these Conditions are invalid, unenforceable or illegal for any reason, the remaining Conditions shall nevertheless continue in full force. You are completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes and assessments arising out of the use of the Site.

RATES AND PAYMENT

 

The rate for each villas are published on our website at the time of your Booking, or, in the case of a telephone booking as advised to you at the time of booking.

All payments are due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise advised by The Half Hotel Goa. If you pay by Credit Card, Debit card or netbanking card then we will charge an additional booking fee of 5 % - 10%. We will not refund the booking fee if you cancel the booking.

You must be able to show photo identification such as a passport or driver's license if you are paying by cash for a walk-in booking at our property.

 

​

 

AUTOMATIC INFORMATION STORAGE

 

Session Variables may be used temporarily in your system cache to create ease-of-use during your transaction. All Session Variables are deleted when you log off of www.HalfHotelGoa.com website. Examples of such information are automatically produced alphanumeric numbers held during your session on our site to facilitate page-to-page transactions. Your name, email, phone, address, company name or any other identifying information is not stored at any time.

TRANSMISSION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

 

If you have accepted the booking with us you have also agreed the 50% of the payment initially done during the time of the booking is strictly non-refundable and we stand by it.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

 

Please note this Privacy Policy will change from time to time. Changes may be minor, we shall keep you posted. www.HalfHotelGoa.com reserves the right to modify and remove any images, prices or data submitted at any time without any permission.

 

When booking on our website or via email, you will be asked to click "I accept" or "Please Confirm" and you will not be able to complete your Booking if you do not do this. This confirms that you accept these terms.
