  • What if I booked the room for 2 guests but additional guests show up?
    Any additional guests would be charged an extra fee applicable per night/guest for the extra beds, breakfasts, toiletries, service, pool towels, etc. In the event, it’s a Double Room and no provision for an extra bed then the extra guests will be offered an alternative room or the SOLO Room.
  • Can I reserve the whole property as a Villa for a family holiday or group booking?
    Yes certainly. This can be done and we have in the past reserved the property for large family groups or even groups of friends be it 5-8 couples or the like.
  • What precautions does HALF take with respect to COVID 19?
    The teams do a full sanitization of each room after each check out with a thorough sanitization, ventilation and cleaning of the rooms. Please refer to the HALF ‘COVID-19 Safety Protocols’ applicable for the Staff & Guests at the property.
  • What is the check-in and check-out timings at HALF?
    Check-In is from 14:00 hrs. onwards. Check-Out is at the latest by 10:00 hrs. In case of late check out this needs to be checked with the property in advance and we will try and oblige as much as possible subject to availability. Extended late check-out would be subject to charges.
  • Is the Pool operational at HALF?
    Yes, the pool is operational and is chlorinated and filtered daily.
  • What type of rooms are there at HALF?
    We have a variety of rooms ranging from Double Deluxe Rooms, Family Rooms, Family Suites, and a Solo room.
  • What is included in the rooms at HALF?
    Each room or suite is equipped with an en-suite bathroom, TV, AC, Kettle with complimentary tea/coffee, daily mineral water complimentary, toiletries, etc. We provide bath towels and also Pool Towels available at the Reception to be picked up before heading for a swim.
  • Can HALF Hotel arrange for watersports and tour activities?
    Our team can guide and refer to relevant tour operators or water sports companies. Guests can validate or check other options as well and deal and negotiate directly with the operators.
  • Can I park my car at HALF?
    Parking is available outside the property gates. (Please note this is not hotel property and parking will be at the owner's risk).
  • Does HALF have an in-house SPA or Massage Therapist?
    No, unfortunately, we do not have these services. However, in less than a 3 km radius from HALF, there are approx. 6-8 Saloons & Spas on the main road where you have a choice of select and varied services.
  • What kind of breakfast gets served at HALF?
    We serve continental breakfast daily and this is included in your rates if part of the meal plan. In addition, we also serve vegetarian options each day and follow a weekly set menu that is available and can be shared anytime.
  • Can HALF arrange rental scooters & self-drive cars at the property?
    Yes, certainly we would be happy to do so. Charges are at actuals and paid by guests direct to the Car / Bike Rental agencies. Note they will ask for an original ID proof to be lodged as security along with a deposit.
  • Does the Hotel have a restaurant on the premises?
    We do not have a fully functional restaurant on site. However we have no issues if guests chose to order food from Zomato or Swiggy and all cutlery, plates, etc will be provided by the hotel.
  • Can HALF arrange for taxi pick up and drop off from the Airport or Train Station?
    Yes, certainly we would be happy to do so. Charges are at actuals and paid by guests direct to the drivers.
  • How far is HALF from the beaches?
    The Calangute & Candolim Beaches are 1 min motorbike ride from the property (look up Holiday Street), that’s the road to take down to the beach, shacks, water sports, etc. You can walk to the beach in 7-10 mins which is slightly less than a km away. There are other beaches as well close by such as Baga (5 mins), Sinquerim (7 mins), Anjuna (10 mins), Vagator (15 mins), and Chapora (15 mins) by scooter.
